We strive to make PECO a Space for All, where everyone’s experience, talents, expertise and passions count. To accomplish this, our active BRG groups include PECO MORE (Multicultural Opportunities, Resources and Education) dedicated to furthering DEI within PECO, PECO NOW (Networking Opportunities for Women) to recruit, retain and develop women in leadership and PECO Community Partnership created to ensure community involvement and connecting associates to causes important to them.
We’re building and growing the lifeblood of communities.
A place where people can come to get the necessities for life: food, supplies and community. People grow connections as friends, families and neighbors gather for work, for fun, for convenience and for experiences. And we know what happens when the best mix of people come together, because we’ve seen it happen over and over again.
That’s why it’s so important to us at PECO that we are Building Space for All.
We know what happens when the best mix of people come together, because we’ve seen it happen over and over again. That’s why it’s so important to us at PECO that we are Building Space for All.
We strive to make PECO a Space for All, where everyone’s experience, talents, expertise and passions count. And can contribute to improving the communities in which we live and work.
We aim to continuously introduce new neighbors to the community. Neighbors that will benefit from what we’ve built, and will grow with us as we build the community.
