Community Partnership

The Phillips Edison & Company team is proud to be a partner and responsible member of the communities in which we live and work. The PECO Community Partnership is an associate led initiative dedicated to encouraging community involvement and connecting associates to causes important to them.

People Working Cooperatively (PWC) is a non-profit organization that serves low-income elderly, and disabled homeowners by providing critical home repairs and services to help residents stay safe in their homes.

PECO & Ronald Mcdonald House
Ronald McDonald House is an independent non-profit organization whose mission is to create, find, and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children.

Intern Volunteer Events
Our interns and Co-Ops at PECO participate in volunteer events once a semester helping  various chartiable organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Freestore Foodbank,  Matthew 25 Ministries, and several others.
