



Kevin McCann joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2020 as Chief Information Officer. Previously, Kevin was with IRC Retail Centers where he held the position of Chief Information Officer and Vice President since 2015. During his tenure at IRC, Mr. McCann created and developed the company’s technology department, set strategic technology goals and migrated all system applications from Inland Real Estate Group to the newly spun-off IRC Retail Centers. Prior to IRC’s spin-off, Kevin spent nine years at Inland Real Estate Group, most recently serving as Director of Information Technology. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing a team of 35 professionals in the development and implementation of Inland’s technology strategy.
Kevin is a frequent speaker at RealComm to discuss the types of technologies implemented as well as recommend technologies that will have a big impact in the future. He is involved with Have Dreams, a non-profit autism organization, Cincinnati CIO Circle, Real Estate CIO’s, RealComm Advisory Council member and local bicycle clubs.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loras College and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
