Jennifer Robison joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2014 as Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer. She oversees the accounting, financial reporting, and treasury functions, with an internal team of approximately 70 people. Jennifer focuses on running an efficient, yet effective accounting department that is scalable for long-term growth and includes the use of outsourcing to help with staff augmentation.
Prior to her time at PECO, she held the position for almost 10 years of Vice President, Financial Reporting at Ventas, Inc., an S&P 500 company and one of the 10 largest equity REITs in the country. Jennifer began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP, leaving as an Assurance Manager after specializing almost solely on SEC reporting entities.
In 2020, Jennifer was honored as a Woman of Influence by GlobeSt. She is also an active member and executive sponsor for PECO NOW (Networking Opportunities for Women).
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bellarmine University. She is a certified public accountant and a member of NAREIT and the SEC Professional Group.

This is the power of authenticity. That very much speaks to me as does helping people succeed and showing genuine interest in them, both personally and professionally. Empathy has always been one of my core leadership skills and I believe that is at the heart of authenticity.”
