The Outparcel Development program includes:

  • Multi-tenant development: Our seasoned team effectively designs, entitles, and builds a variety of multi-tenant buildings within and outside of our shopping centers.
  • Build to Suit: Through our deep retailer relationships, we know how to find and build outparcels uniquely suited to maximize sales for our tenant neighbors.
  • Acquisition and Joint Ventures: We are actively purchasing outparcel sites and partnering with owners to unlock the value in their land.
