To sign up for DashComm®, our internal communication platform, please answer the following questions below and send response to dashcomm@phillipsedison.com. Once reviewed, our team will proceed with DashComm registration.

  • Is your name on the Lease? Yes or No
  • Are you a billing contact? Yes or No (if Yes, Business Owner must validate)

Great question! We are 100% electronic with invoices and payments! Our preferred method for Neighbors to pay their rent is through VersaPay ARC, which can be accessed via DashComm®.

If you encounter any problems with your payment, please submit a billing request through DashComm®. We’ll respond promptly and work with you to resolve the issue.

Your lease and related documents are securely stored in DashComm®. Log in and visit the “Documents” section. If this section is not visible, please email dashcomm@phillipsedison.com for access.

Begin by visiting our Property Search page on the PECO website. There, you can explore available spaces and fill out a short form for the locations you’re interested in.

You can also call or email the leasing agent listed for that property. Once you submit your form or reach out, our team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps.

If you are required to submit your sales reporting to us, please follow the steps below:

  • Log into DashComm® – www.dashcomm.com
    *If you do not see sales permissions when you log into DashComm, please email dashcomm@phillipsedison.com to confirm access & account permissions
  • Click on Sales
  • Choose the month showing with a status of “Missing” and click that plus arrow to enter the missing amounts
  • Enter the sales figures for that month and click NEXT
  • Confirm the amount is correct
  • Check the box stating “The information presented above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge”
  • Click Create
