Gary Bailey joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2007 as the Director of Network Administration, following his tenure as a consultant for the Company through Global Business Solutions. In 2018 he was promoted to Senior Director and AVP, where he led IT operations and infrastructure. In 2020, Gary advanced to Vice President, taking on the responsibility of overseeing both the enterprise application development and infrastructure teams. He was promoted to SVP, Chief Information Officer in 2024.

Vasili Lyhnakis joined PECO in 2006 as a Junior Leasing Associate, was promoted to Senior Leasing Associate in 2008, to Director of Leasing in 2013, to Regional Vice President of Leasing in 2015 and to Vice President of Leasing, West in 2019. Vasili was named Senior Vice President of Leasing – West in 2024. He was PECO’s Leasing Top Producer in 2008.
