Ted Kallergis joined Phillips Edison in 2014 and has over seven years of real estate and corporate finance experience. He joined as Senior Corporate Financial Analyst and was promoted to Director of Strategic Planning in 2015. Mr. Kallergis is a senior member of the Institutional Investment Management business, focusing on all aspects of portfolio management as well as various strategic opportunities and initiatives. He began his real estate career in 2010 when he joined UBS Investment Bank's Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure team where he gained extensive financial, real estate and capital markets experience. Mr. Kallergis is a graduate of Georgetown University.
