Keith Rummer joined Phillips Edison & Company in 2012. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he served as Vice President, Associate Relations & Compliance with the global eyewear manufacturer/retailer Luxottica (brands LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sunglass Hut and others) from 2008-2012. He was previously employed as the Vice President, Director of Employee Relations, and as in-house employment counsel, for Fifth Third Bancorp from 2004-2008. He served as Corporate Counsel, Compliance Officer & Assistant Secretary for the healthcare staffing firm, AMN Healthcare, Inc. from 2001-2004. He held law firm associate positions in two law firms from 1998-2001 after serving in the U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps from 1994-1998. He received his bachelor’s degree with honors from Denison University and his Juris Doctorate with Honors in Law from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law. Mr. Rummer serves on ICSC’s Diversity & Inclusion Working Group and is active in NAREIT, serving as co-Chair of the 2019 NAREIT HR Forum. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and serves on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association (Cincinnati Chapter).
