Emily LeFevre joined Phillips Edison in 2013 as Talent Acquisition Manager.  She was promoted to Director, Human Resources in 2014 and then to Senior Director, Human Resources in 2017. Ms. LeFevre was named Vice President, Human Resources in 2018.  Prior to joining Phillips Edison, she spent 7 years with Fifth Third Bank. Her most recent roles included University Relations Manager, Assistant Vice President, and Human Resources Business Partner. Ms. LeFevre began her career in the Human Resources function at Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Ms. LeFevre earned her Masters in Business Administration at Miami University’s Farmer School of Business and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  She has participated in the Cincinnati Chamber WE Lead Program and is an active member of Phillips Edison’s PECO NOW (Networking Opportunities for Women), serving on the board and leading the group’s education and development initiatives.
