Dawn Stamper

Vice President of Property Management/Tenant Relations

Dawn Stamper joined Phillips Edison in 2007 as the Assistant Director of Property Management. She was promoted to Director of Property Management in 2008, to Senior Director in 2014 and to Regional Vice President of Property Management in 2017. She took on the role of Vice President of Property Management / Tenant Relations in 2018.  Ms. Stamper is active in Phillips Edison’s PECO NOW program which is dedicated to the education and advancement of women in the workplace.  She also serves as a mentor to associates throughout the company through Phillips Edison’s PECO University Mentoring Program. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Ms. Stamper was a property manager for Regency Centers, a grocery anchored REIT based out of Jacksonville, Florida.  Ms. Stamper has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
