Dawn Stamper joined Phillips Edison in 2007 as the Assistant Director of Property Management. She was promoted in 2008 to Director of Property Management and then again in 2014 to Senior Director. In her current role as Regional Vice President of Property Management, Ms. Stamper oversees the Mid-Atlantic Region and serves as main point of contact for all Property Management matters for Phillips Edison’s Third Party and Joint Venture Partners. Ms. Stamper is active in Phillips Edison’s PECO NOW program which is dedicated to the education and advancement of women in the workplace. She also serves as a mentor to associates throughout the company through Phillips Edison’s PECO University Mentoring Program. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Ms. Stamper was a property manager for Regency Centers, a grocery anchored REIT based out of Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Stamper has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
