Tax Forms for Common Shareholders

If PECO common shares are registered with and held directly with Computershare (the “Transfer Agent”), the Transfer Agent expects to mail tax forms for the previous calendar year no later than mid-February. If PECO common shares are registered with and held with a custodian responsible for tax reporting, please contact the custodian for tax forms.
