July 9, 2011 - Francine Glandt has joined Phillips Edison as Vice President of Finance. Francine comes to us from Developers Diversified where she was Senior Vice President of Captial Markets and Treasurer. Prior to DDR, she held similar positions with JDN Realty Corporation and United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc.
During her career, Francine has been responsible for managing and raising capital to fund business opportunities, including joint ventures. She has also been responsible for developing and maintaining operating models and capital plans as well as deploying capital and managing cash. She has developed strong relationships with lenders, investors, rating agencies and analysts.
Francine holds an MBA from University of Toronto and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CAF) designation.
