April 4, 2011 - Ron Meyers has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Leasing & Operations. Other promotions include Kevin Conway, Vice President/Leasing & Operations/East; Greg Clough, Vice President/Redevelopment; and Tom Meyers, Vice President/Construction.
Ron Meyers joined Philips Edison in 2009 as Senior Leasing Director for the eastern region. He was promoted to Vice President/Leasing in 2010. In his new role, he will oversee the company's asset management, leasing, tenant relations, marketing, redevelopment and client operations programs. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he spent nine years in various positions at Developers Diversified Realty.
Kevin Conway joined Phillips Edison in 2000 as a leasing agent. His most recent position was Senior Director of Leasing/East. In his new role he will supervise leasing, property management, lease administration and construction efforts in the eastern United States.
Greg Clough joined Phillips Edison in 2008 as Senior Director of Redevelopment, responsible for leading an intensive leasing and redevelopment program for shopping centers with anchor vacancies and other unique challenges. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President/Redevelopment for Centro Properties.
Tom Meyers will oversee regional teams in the planning and implementation of tenant build-outs, redevelopment and other construction projects. Since 2008, he has been a project manager for several Walgreens stores for the company's single-tenant development program and a construction manager for the company's Strategic Investment Fund. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, he was a project engineer for Frank Messer & Sons Construction.
