PECO University will be a focused professional enrichment program designed specifically for the retail real estate industry. Based at the 1,100-acre Blue Sky Ranch & Resort in Park City, Utah, PECO University will combine a relaxed learning environment with state-of-the art technology to provide a superior educational experience.

Small class sizes will encourage participants to interact with the instructors and with each other in a cooperative learning effort. Instructors will be highly qualified industry experts with many years of hands-on experience in a diverse range of disciplines. Classes will utilize a variety of teaching methods and will incorporate audio-visual and interactive experiences to enhance knowledge retention and encourage learner participation. Courses will address current issues, theory and future developments.

As part of PECO University's goal of being on the cutting edge of industry trends, the Blue Sky Ranch & Resort, PECO University's future home, is being built according to the "green building" standards of LEEDS. It will offer participants of the University the opportunity to learn first hand about green building practices--one of the leading new construction technologies. PECO University will offer a curriculum which covers all facets of the retail real estate industry including design, construction, accounting, development, property management, lease administration, leasing, and technology. In addition, University attendees will be able to choose from a variety of personal enrichment and professional growth seminars such as time management, effective communication, team building and leadership.
