Phillips Edison & Company's Internship Program offers prospective real estate professionals a comprehensive educational experience with hands-on involvement in key disciplines of the commercial real estate business. Our internships offer a structured curriculum with four departmental rotations, allowing interns to work closely with our top-notch Research/Analysis, Finance, Acquisitions/Due Diligence and Leasing departments.

This exciting internship opportunity commences with a one-day orientation in our Cincinnati office, where interns meet company executives and learn a great deal about our philosophy, our culture and, most importantly, our key to success.

All interns receive a master training manual which carefully outlines the program for each rotation period. The manual provides valuable information and resources to guide interns through their time with Phillips Edison and to ensure that they receive every opportunity to meet their learning objectives.
